Japanese and Chinese family look for helper

We live in HDB 5rooms unit with Japanese (Wife), Singaporean-Chinese (Husband), 6 years old girl and one Japanese tenant. We looked for a helper to fetch the girl from primaly school (walk-distance) and look after to complete homework, go playground together, housekeeping, cooking. We have one study room which offers the helper to sleep. 2weeks holiday will be offered during school holiday timing since the family will be staying in Japan. Prefer to have candidata who can share reference letter from current employer.
