Looking for a capable helper

We are looking to hire an additional helper to join our family in Singapore.

Our current helper mainly takes care of our 7-year-old daughter, who goes to school every day. She also helps with cooking and household cleaning.

We are now looking for another helper whose main responsibility will be taking care of our 6-month-old baby boy. We are looking for someone who is loving, trustworthy, hardworking, and experienced in caring for babies.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently without constant supervision, while also being flexible, open to feedback, and willing to improve. In the longer term, we hope this person can take on more responsibility in managing the household and supervising the work of the other helper.

Experience working in landed houses or households with high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness would be a big advantage. Good cooking skills would also be a plus.
