Looking for a helper experienced in elderly care

We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable helper to care for our 88-year-old grandmother. She has some dementia and limited mobility, so we need someone trained in elderly care who can confidently support her daily needs.

You should have:

• Experience caring for elderly people, ideally those with dementia.
• Training in helping someone move and transfer safely, and assisting with daily personal care.
• A gentle, attentive manner and patience.
• References from previous employers.

We are a reasonable and respectful family who value good communication and want a positive, long-term working relationship.

Our priority is finding someone who will care for our grandmother with kindness and dignity.
