SG Chinese Family 2A+2C Looking for helpers

Hello! We are a Singaporean Chinese family with 2 young children (4 and 1 year old) living in a 4 bedroom HDB flat. No pets. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage household chores (cleaning, laundry, ironing, mopping/vacuuming, etc.) and cooking. The person should be familiar with cooking (preferably Chinese/Asian cooking) Western cooking and baking is a plus and can follow recipes.
The kids will be at school on weekdays and will be back around 5 for dinner. Whilst you won't be their primary caregiver it would be nice if you could feel comfortable around the younger children so that if we need help you can get involved watching them or if we need to go out sometimes walk around.

You don't need to sleep with the kids. In the evening you will have your own study room. We will be using the den for work and phone calls during the day, but you can enjoy your privacy in the evening after chores are done.
