We are looking for a helper can speak Mandarin or English

We stay at apartment has 3 rooms, 3 toilets (1 is for maid, other 2 are for us to use), 1 living room & 1 kitchen. There are 2 adults (Me & grandma), 2 kids (1 is 12 years, 1 is 2.5 years). 

Job description: 

1. Send kid to take the school bus & fetch, send little kid to childcare centre & fetch.
2. Need to take care of little kid around 1-2 hours/weekday, 3-4 hours/weekend.
3. Need to cook (Grandma can teach her if she is not so familiar, but willing to learn to cook Chinese food), need to cook pork. Wash dishes.
4. Need to do general housework: washing clothes, clean the rooms, floor, toilets and kitchen.

Requirement of maid:

1. Prefer maid can speak mandarin. If not, must speak English.
2. Age: 25-38, a mummy has kids. Have energy & willing to take care of kid, love kid.
3. Willing to learn, good attitude.
4. Can & willing to follow instruction.
5. Don’t have any illness, don’t have any chronic ailments & illness requiring medication.
6. Willing to work in Singapore (2 years contract)
