Job Description
taking care of dementia male patient with some medical problems like lung issues, urine issues and swallowing difficulties thus need blended food. wheelchair him everyday one time. need to wake up early in morning to assist to take care of my dad. need to prepare mainly steam food and blend food and feed my dad. shower him, serve him medicine, feed him water with thickener.
