Taking care of dementia patient

Looking for a kind and patient helper to take care of my father. He is bedridden, has dementia , and also has lung, urine, and swallowing problems. Help him do simple exercises while on the bed. prepare soft food. give medicine and help him drink thick water, change diapers, clean after toilet, and help with showering, check and do night duty: Take turns with another helper to care for him at night. We give enough rest and good meals every day. Has experience in elderly care or sick patient care. Is hygiene conscious, honest, hardworking, kind and willing to strive towards a harmonious relationship in the family and have love and compassion for my dad. Thank you!
