Western Mixed Family looking for a helper

We are an European-Chinese mixed family with a kind teen girl + an easy-going cat, looking for a helper to support us mainly in housekeeping and cooking.

Our current helper has been with us for 10 years; she would like to go back home to be with her family after many years of being away. We support her decision. The new helper will have some flexibility in the starting date, ideally in March-April or latest in May.

Candidates we are seeking: reliable; organized; takes intiatives; strong work ethics; attention to detail. Based on longer term plan, we prefer candidates aged 25-35 years old.
