Mixed Family looking for Housekeeper

We are a small family of two parents and one child, new to the UAE. Parents' ethnicities are a Middle Eastern mix and Hong Kong Chinese. Our nationalities are British and Hong Kong.

We are looking for someone to take care of housecleaning, cooking and childcare (for 2 year old boy). It is essential that candidate can communicate clearly, directly and with respect (does not need to be formal). It is also essential that the candidate is able to acknowledge mistakes and takes light constructive criticism with only the intention to help them develop and improve (we do not berate or give harsh, negative criticism).
