Ginabel

Hi there, I’m Ginabel, 33 years old, and I’m a single mom with three sons who are 6, 7, and 9 years old. I’ve been working in Hong Kong for over 2 years with a family of six—4 adults and 2 kids who are 4 and 6, plus a small dog. My job mainly involves cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, walking the dog, and taking care of the kids. I love playing with them, reading books, telling stories, and teaching them basic things like the alphabet, numbers, colors, and animals.

I’m thinking of breaking my contract because I’m looking for a job where I can grow and learn more. I’d also like to find an employer who can offer me regular holidays. My current employer is kind, but I feel like I need more time off to spend with my family and recharge after a long week of work. I really hope to find a new employer who respects and values their helpers, just as I will do for them.
