Nelan Joy

Hello Ma'am/Sir, good day! I'm Nelan Joy, 34 years old, and I'm a single mom to two kids, an 11-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl. I have 6 years of experience as a domestic helper in Malaysia. My daily chores there included cleaning, cooking, ironing, doing laundry, helping my co-helper take care of the younger kids, washing the car occasionally, watering the garden, and cleaning the car porch. I also enjoyed baking bread and cakes.

Right now, I’m in Hong Kong and have been working with my current employer for almost 4 months, taking care of a Chinese family with 2 adults and 2 kids. My duties include cooking, housekeeping, and looking after the kids. Unfortunately, I was recently terminated and my release date was on October 6, 2026. I consider myself hardworking and patient, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. I have a strong sense of trustworthiness, flexibility, and a good work ethic. I’m also eager to learn and train in new tasks. I mostly cook Filipino food, but I'm open to learning how to prepare local dishes as well.
