Hi, my name is Christine Joy, and I’m 29 years old. I’m single and originally from the Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Technology. Right now, I’m working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong, where I started in July 2024, and my contract ends in July 2025. I take care of a family of five, which includes a couple and their three kids: a 15-year-old girl with special needs, a 10-year-old girl, and an 8-year-old boy. My duties include cleaning, cooking, ironing, washing, doing the grocery shopping, and especially caring for the special needs child. Since my contract is up soon, I’m looking for a new employer.
