Hi, I'm Janelle Razz. I'm Filipino and single, and I'm 30 years old. Right now, I'm in the Philippines and currently looking for a job as I don't have any experience working as a Domestic Helper.

I have over 8 years of experience as a secretary in a logistics company where I worked with various clients, partners, and customers. I'm always on the lookout for new challenges, especially in fast-paced environments like Tong Yu Logistics, where thinking quickly and good communication are really important.

In my previous job, I was responsible for organizing paperwork, reports, and customer files. I greeted and assisted customers, helping them find their way around our office. I also handled multiple phone and email inquiries, wrote correspondence, and communicated with customers face-to-face. I used different software applications and helped implement new procedures and administrative systems. I also spent some time working in the accounting department.
