Hello, my name is Jessica. I’m 31 years old and I’m from Bagong Sikat in San Mateo, Isabela, Philippines. I’m the daughter of Conchita G. Butac and Jimmy A. Butac, and I have one sibling. I’m also a proud mom to my daughter. Currently, I am single, and I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education, majoring in Garments Fashion and Design, from Isabela State University.

I've worked as a Public Area Attendant, Cleaner, Spa Attendant, and Domestic Helper for over 5 years in hotels, hospitals, spas, and households in Macau and the Middle East. For 3 years in the Middle East, I worked as a Domestic Helper, taking care of two children, a boy and a girl, while managing household chores like cleaning, organizing, and laundry to keep everything tidy and in order.

From April 2023 to August 2024, I was a Spa Attendant/Cleaner at The St. Regis Macao through EASTSUN CLEANING COMPANY LTD. Then, from September 2024 to March 2026, I worked as a Public Area Attendant/Cleaner at Galaxy Hotel and Hospital Center.

I have hands-on experience in deep cleaning, sanitation, floor care, room maintenance, and handling chemicals, along with waste disposal and childcare. I also focus on keeping high hygiene and safety standards. On top of that, I have skills in customer service, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management. I speak English, Cantonese, and Arabic. I take pride in providing clean, organized, and inviting spaces that help create a great experience for guests and support smooth operations.
