Hello! My name is Nena. I’m Filipino and I’m married. I’m 29 years old and currently living in the Philippines. I have worked overseas for 6 years as a domestic helper in the UAE. I really enjoyed my time with my last employer, they treated me like family. They appreciated me because I'm honest and trustworthy, both in and out of the house. The children respected me, and I found that when you show them respect, they open up to you. I cooked for them too, even though they had a chef. Sometimes they wanted to try Filipino dishes, as long as there was no pork, since it wasn't allowed. The kids had nannies, but sometimes they asked me to stay with them because we had fun playing together. I hope to find a good employer soon. Thank you.
