Rhonette Janica

Hi, I’m Rhonette Janica. I’m 41 years old and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Philippines. Right now, I’m looking for a long-term, live-in private caregiver position in Macau.

I bring a unique mix of medical training and real-life experience in caring for special needs. For the last 10 years, I’ve been a personal caregiver for my son, who has level 2 Autism and ADHD. Through this journey, I’ve learned how to create daily routines, handle difficult moments with calm and positive reinforcement, incorporate sensory activities, and make sure medications are given correctly.

Before I focused on caregiving, I worked in multinational companies like IBM Daksh and FedEx. This experience helped me develop great English communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a reputation for being reliable.

I truly care about working closely with therapists and parents to support a child’s ongoing development and safety.
