I’ve been working here in the Philippines as a housekeeping and resort staff for almost 7 years now, from 2019 until the present.

My main duties include cleaning the guest rooms, assisting guests, managing reservations, and handling check-ins and check-outs. I also restock amenities, change linens, vacuum rooms, and make sure everything is properly sanitized and organized. I work hard to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both rooms and common areas.

Before that, I worked as a nanny for 6 years, from 2012 to 2018, for a Swiss family. I looked after 5 members, including a newborn baby, a 3-year-old girl, and an 8-year-old boy.

My responsibilities included caring for the children, changing diapers to keep them comfortable, sterilizing bottles, and feeding the baby. I would take the kids to school and pick them up afterward, help them with homework, assist with their showers, and change their clothes. While doing all this, I also managed the household tasks like cooking, cleaning, ironing, washing clothes, and gardening, making sure the house stayed clean and the children were safe, all while following the family’s rules.

I also worked as a housekeeper for 2 years, from 2009 to 2011, taking care of the elderly. My duties included assisting with medication, cooking, preparing meals, cleaning the house, ironing clothes, washing cars, and taking care of a dog.

Additionally, I have experience as a kitchen helper for 1 year, from 2007 to 2008. During that time, I learned about good customer service and communication skills. My tasks included helping with food preparation and meal service, washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen tools, marketing, and cooking if needed. I also welcomed customers and made sure the dining and kitchen areas were clean.

I consider myself a hardworking, trustworthy, patient, and responsible person. I’m joyful, respectful, caring, reliable, and polite. I’m eager to contribute my best to your team or household. I adapt quickly to different work environments and perform my duties diligently. I’m also willing to learn new tasks and committed to doing my job well.
