Canadian Taiwanese family looking for helper

We are a family of 4 based in Hong Kong. Husband has a busy work schedule and wife is working from home with 2 kids. One kid goes to school full time and the younger kid is taken care mainly by the wife. Looking for someone who is very good at cleaning and cooking preferably without guidance. Keep all areas clean and tidy. Willing to pay extra if one can comes up with weekly healthy meal plan and does marketing efficiently. We like chinese, Japanese and western cuisine. Helper gets her own room and own toilet. Sunday off. Must have reference letter.
