We are looking for an experienced, caring, and professional English-speaking Domestic Helper to join our household. About the Position: You will become an integral part of our family team, primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of our household. Key Responsibilities Include: · Daily Cleaning & Tidying: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order throughout the entire home (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.). · Laundry Care: Manage the family's laundry, including sorting, washing, ironing, and putting away clothes. · Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and delicious homemade Chinese and Western-style meals according to the family's tastes and nutritional needs. · Childcare Assistance: Care for our 1-year-old child's daily routines, including feeding, bathing, changing clothes, and providing interactive companionship in a safe environment. · Inventory Management: Be responsible for household shopping and managing the inventory of daily necessities. Our Ideal Candidate: · Work Experience: Must have completed at least two full contracts or more. · Language Skills: Possess strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Basic Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage. · Experience & Skills: · At least 4 years of experience working in a private household. · Familiar with Hong Kong family housekeeping standards and workflows. · Skilled in cooking, with an ability to prepare Chinese cuisine. · Has experience caring for young children and is patient and loving. · Personal Qualities: · Honest, trustworthy, and of good character: This is the most fundamental and important requirement. · Proactive and detail-oriented: Able to identify and resolve issues efficiently without constant direction. · Organized and tidy: Has high standards for organization and cleanliness. · Cheerful and easy to communicate with: Able to integrate well into the family atmosphere.
