Elderly Caregiver (Partnering With Another Helper)

We are looking for a patient, responsible and caring helper to work together with one other helper to care for our mum, who has advanced Parkinson’s disease. She is bedbound, has bedsores, and a fractured left arm, and requires gentle, attentive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with feeding, bed-bathing, dressing, and diaper changes
• Reposition her every 2–3 hours together with the other helper
• Handle her injured left arm carefully during all tasks
• Support bedsore care as instructed
• Ensure safe, comfortable transfers
• Prepare simple meals and give timely medication and supplements
• Maintain cleanliness of her room, bed, wheelchair, and equipment
• Provide comfort, conversation, and emotional support
• General housework (shared together with the other helper)

You will work closely with the other helper, and our family will also support you. We value someone cooperative, gentle, observant, and willing to learn, to help ensure Mum’s comfort and dignity.
