German family looking for second helper

Hello! My husband is German and I am Indian, we have a 1.5 year old boy and two dogs. I am also pregnant with a baby on the way. We currently have two Indonesian helpers who together divide the work of housekeeping, cooking, childcare and pet care. They both have separate rooms. One of our helpers is returning to Indonesia which is why we are looking to replace her. We are a kind loving family and very fair employers.
