Live-in Helper (Cooking + Housekeeping)

Location: Meadows, Dubai.    

About Us:

We are a welcoming Indian/British family of three -  one adult and two teenagers (18-year old daughter studies/lives in London and 15-year old son lives with me at home). We recently moved to Dubai from Hong Kong and as our long-term live-in helper there chose not to relocate, we are now looking for an experienced helper for cooking and housekeeping (no childcare or pet care duties). 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Asian and Western meals (roasts, pastas, oven bakes, stir-fries, curries etc.)
• Perform daily cleaning, laundry and ironing.
• Organise the kitchen and refrigerator; and create grocery shopping lists.
• Wash car twice a week.

Requirements:

• Currently living in Dubai with a valid passport.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a live-in helper, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong cooking skills with the ability to follow recipes (YouTube, cookbooks).
• Good spoken English and a positive attitude.
• A phone reference from your most recent employer.
