HelperPlace’s services are limited to online platform access and related digital features. HelperPlace does not guarantee any successful outcome.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Site, their communications and any related arrangements comply with the applicable rules in their country or region.
To use the HelperPlace mobile application or website, you must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in the country or region where you work, hire or use the Site.
Users must not use screen scraping, data mining, robots or similar tools to copy, extract or reproduce information from the Site without HelperPlace’s prior written consent.
HelperPlace may review, moderate, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, profiles, messages or service access when necessary to protect the platform, maintain service quality, prevent misuse and address activity that does not comply with these Terms.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you give HelperPlace permission to display and process the information listed on your resume or job post, including personal details, photo and mobile phone number, as necessary to provide the service and subject to your account settings and applicable privacy rules.
Permission is granted to temporarily use information on HelperPlace’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by HelperPlace at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. You agree that HelperPlace will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
HelperPlace may offer paid digital services, including access plans, visibility tools and other online features. Prices, currency, access duration and key service details are shown before payment.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Purchases made through the HelperPlace mobile application may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the device and purchase method.
Unless clearly stated before purchase, payments are one-time payments and do not automatically renew.
HelperPlace provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, access to the relevant paid features is normally activated automatically or within a reasonable time.
Fees are generally non-refundable once access to the paid service has started. Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as duplicate payment, technical billing error or non-activation of the paid service due to a technical issue caused by HelperPlace.
For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests and billing issues may need to be submitted directly to Apple or Google and will be handled according to their applicable rules and procedures.
No refund is provided because a user does not successfully hire, is not contacted by candidates, changes their mind, does not use the service, misunderstands local employment rules, or is unable to proceed with employment due to legal, administrative or eligibility requirements.
HelperPlace does not charge fees to Domestic Helpers / Job Seekers for creating a candidate account.
Payments made to HelperPlace are for access to HelperPlace’s own digital services and platform features.
Agencies and intermediaries may not register or use the Site as Employers or Domestic Helpers without prior written permission from HelperPlace.
Users must not pretend to be an Employer or Domestic Helper in order to contact Domestic Helpers, collect candidate information, promote third-party services, act on behalf of an agency or third party, or use the Site for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
Users must not scrape, copy, extract or reuse HelperPlace profiles, user information or Site content without prior written permission from HelperPlace.
HelperPlace may suspend or restrict access and take appropriate action if the Site, profiles, user information or services are misused.
You also agree that any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use may constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice and may cause irreparable harm to HelperPlace, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. You consent to HelperPlace obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that HelperPlace deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies HelperPlace may have at law or in equity.
In no event shall HelperPlace or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on HelperPlace’s website, even if HelperPlace or a HelperPlace authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing on HelperPlace’s website and mobile application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. HelperPlace does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
