📝  Live-In Private Chef – Dubai Villa (Casa Al Ghaf)

 

We are a respectful, family-oriented household in Dubai seeking a skilled, health-conscious live-in chef to join us at Casa Al Ghaf, our private residence.

 

This role goes beyond basic meal prep — it requires initiative, high culinary standards, and an understanding of healthy living. The chef will plan and prepare daily meals, support our dietary lifestyle, liaise with premium suppliers, and work within a beautifully maintained, fully equipped kitchen. Experience with BBQ cooking and baking is an added advantage.

 

 

👨‍🍳  Key Responsibilities:

 

• Prepare fresh, daily meals for the family using organic, healthy ingredients

• Liaise with premium suppliers for meat, fish, and specialty items (Kibsons and others)

• Create weekly meal plans in coordination with the family

• Incorporate a variety of cuisines while respecting family preferences

• Utilize BBQ grill and bake snacks or desserts when required

• Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and organization

• Manage food inventory and grocery planning (with or without assistance)

• Occasionally assist with baby meal prep when coordinated with nanny

• Support special occasions or family guests with elegant service

 

 

✅  Ideal Candidate Profile:

 

• 5–10+ years experience as a chef (private homes or high-end kitchens)

• Fluent in English

• Age: 30–45 years

• Passionate about healthy eating, food presentation, and seasonal cooking

• Comfortable liaising with vendors and planning menus

• Skilled in BBQ and basic baking (preferred, not essential)

• Calm, discreet, and respectful in a private family setting

• Able to coordinate respectfully with other household staff (e.g., nanny)
