Marilou

My name is Marilou, 35 years old. I have been working in Hong Kong for almost 9 years as a domestic helper.

Currently, I am working with my second employer, also a Chinese family, and I will complete 4 years with them this coming June. I have decided not to renew my contract because I would like to experience a new working environment. I am especially interested in working with a Western family so I can learn and adapt to a different culture. I'll finish my contract on June 22, 2026.

In terms of skills, I have strong experience in childcare, including taking care of children, and I am confident that I can also care for babies and toddlers. I also have experience taking care of pets in my current job.

For cooking, I am not yet very experienced in Western cuisine, but I am willing to learn. I can follow recipes and instructions carefully.

I am a hardworking, patient, and responsible person, and I always do my best to follow my employer’s instructions and provide good service.
