How can I contact Employers?

To easily contact employers, you just need to create your profile on HelperPlace. Please carefully fill in your profile (add a picture, your skills, your experiences…) and you will increase your chances to get a new job.

How can I Post a Job?

To post a job offer, you just need to click here. Please carefully fill in your job ads and you will quickly get the best domestic helper for your family. If you want to freely use our service, you just need to like & share HelperPlace through facebook! HelperPlace is also available with more option (featured job offer, 30 or 60 days,..). If you want to enjoy this additional options, please subscribe to our family or premium plan when you post your first job offer.

How can I contact a Domestic Helper?

To contact or connect with candidates, you need to post a job offer. As soon as your job offer will be activated, you will have the possibility to fully access to our candidates.

I have a technical problem or support issue I need resolved, who do I email?

How can I cancel my account?

We are sad but we hope to see you later. To cancel your account, you need to Log In and go to your profile. Then, you just have to remove your job offer or your Helper profile.
