Chinese Old Lady Needs Helper

I am looking for a helper to take care of my elderly mother who speaks Mandarin. The ideal candidate should be able to speak Mandarin, but if you can't, you must be willing to learn Mandarin in order to communicate with my mother who is 90 years old. Our family is very simple, there is only two of us, and I am working. The elderly can walk a little bit, but goes out on wheelchair. She is very friendly, kind and sweet. Duties include cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, ironing, daily exercise with elderly etc. If you have caretaker or nursing background that will be a bonus. Salary is negotiable if you have all the criteria.
