Expat couple looking for an experienced helper - good pay

We are an expat couple with a baby in Singapore. 

We are looking for a helper to help us manage the household and care for our baby as required. The requirements are: 

(1) experienced and reliable with at least 10 years of experience, including with newborn and infants

(2) great attention to detail

(3) independent (following the guidance and training in the first month, being able to run all tasks alone and able to ask questions whenever applicable)

(4) good and honest communicator.

We are willing to compensate well (upper market base pay + performance bonus + food allowance) depending on the skills and experience of the helper. We would therefore ask firstly for a reference letter and a copy of the work pass to start the discussion.
