Chinese family looking for helper

Hi we are a Chinese family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids ( 3.5 and 2 years old, they are going for full day childcare). My parents are currently staying with me to take care of my kids, but they will leave soon. Thus we are looking for a helper to take care of our kids, cook, clean, manage household chores. Both my hubby and me are working professional - hubby WFH whilst I work in office. You will have： - your own room with necessary facilities； - eat whatever we eat( you can have your own food if you don’t want to eat with us)； - toiletries - CNY and birthday Angbao - One-month salary bonus if you finish 2-year contract What I need from you: - patience and experience with toddlers - decent cooking skills ( can follow YouTube videos and recipes) - can manage house chores by yourself, no need employers to remind everything. - can follow instructions. If in doubt, clarify with the employer - open communications. People with different views are common, you are willing to share and talk about your feelings and views.
