Young Indian family looking for helper

I am looking to hire a new helper as my current helper is finishing her contract and going back to her country for good. We are husband and wife from Delhi, India, working full time, 2 year old daughter and expecting another baby this month. Main responsibilities include kids care, housekeeping and cooking

We are looking for someone who has experience in managing 2 kids, finished contracts, independent. experience in Indian household is a plus but not mandatory.

We live in a 3 bedroom condo with a separate room and bathroom for the helper.
