Looking for childcare-focused helper

Hi everyone! We are looking for a childcare-focused helper to start in July 2025. We would be grateful if you could pass on any recommendations We are having our first child, a baby girl, in May, and are hoping to find a helper to start a week or two before our confinement nanny leaves. Looking for someone that loves babies and young children, is willing to sleep in the same room as our baby, babysit when I go to work and my wife resumes work, cook, clean the apartment (50% of the time, other 50% to focus on childcare) and has a warm and kind demeanour. We are a young European-Singaporean couple and live in a condo at CBD
