Looking for Ms Fantastic Helper to Help with Newborns

Hello!  

We're a Canadian / Malaysian couple, looking for a helper (paying $850-900) to join our family.

We want to be very open about the situation:

• We have newborn twin boys, almost 2 months' old now
• We already have a helper who will be taking the responsibility of taking care of the boys during the night.  She will live in the boys' room
• You (the new helper) can stay in your own room, with your own washroom
• Your primary responsibility will be taking care of the babies in the day, as well as some cooking and cleaning responsibilities.
• One requirement is that you're comfortable with another helper in the household, and can get along with her.  She is very kind and patient.

We're conscientious, we love to laugh and joke, we're easy-going, and we think it is important that everyone in the household (including the helpers, of course!) are well-fed, well-rested and happy.  With two helpers, we think this is doable!

We are able to pay between 850-900, depending on experience.  In particular, we are looking for experience with young babies.
