A family of four looking for a second helper

We are a family of four:  two working parents, a two-year-old son and we are expecting a baby girl in December. We are living in a spacious 1800sqf 4-bedroom apartment in the beautiful Bel-Air Residence (HK Island South).  We currently have 1 helper and are looking to hire a second helper. The two helpers will share a helper suite with bedroom, bathroom and a private balcony – however our current helper will sleep with our kids most of the time so the new helper should have the helper bedroom by herself at night. 

We are willing to pay a generous compensation (salary + bonus) above market based on the helper’s experience and skills, and we will provide food allowance. 

Our requirements: 

• The helper currently must be in Hong Kong already;
• A very positive and happy personality;
• Enjoy being with young kids - experience of taking care of toddler is highly preferred (the helper is NOT required to take care of the newborn unless she wants to);
• Having good cooking skills, especially Chinese food;
• Independent and efficient with house chores;
• Prior employers’ reference letters are highly preferred;
• Fluent in English (basic Mandarin is preferred but not required);
• We are flexible on the start date but would prefer sooner than later.
