Expat family looking for a new helper!

I am passively looking for a new helper from Next January or February.  

We are family of 4 (2 adults with 2 daughters) living in River Valley.  

My husband and I have been living and working in Singapore for over 13 years.  

Brief details:  

Wife: Japanese

Husband: UK  

Daughters: 4 years old and almost 3 (15 months apart)

Their school: 400m walking distance from our condo, but they will be changing to Japanese kindergarten (school bus) from April 2024.  

We want our helper to take care of the household so we can take care of our children on the weekends. We both work full time so we don't have much time for the household duties. It would be nice if the helper loves cooking as we love food as well. 

Our kids go to school on the week days,  there's lots of rest times in the afternoon as long as the work is finished. 

Responsibilities: 

1. General housework (cleaning, organizing, laundry, marketing) 
2. Occasional pick up and drop off the children from school 
3. Cooking meals (or meal prepreration) and preparing lunch for husband (and wife occasionally) 
4. inventories (making sure we don't run out of certain staples) 
5. Organizing cabinets, toys etc with good initiative 

We would like our new helper to have following:  

1) Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)  

2) Expert in cleaning and organizing, and attention to detail.  

3) Love cooking (I cook sometimes and can teach Japanese food).  

4) can go shopping at multiple different stores and wet market.  

5) good at inventories 

6) Initiative and proactive, don't need boss to tell everything 

Salary: 750-850 SGD 

Days off: Sunday and public holidays except a few religious ones (we have guests over) 

Private room with lots of privacy 

Great condo with lots of families and helper community
